Study Group Digital Learning are proud to be delivering an innovative online program for ambitious high-school students in the Middle East.
The program is a part-time, digital course which is designed to provide students in their final years of high school with a comprehensive grounding in the subject knowledge, study skills and insights they need to make a successful undergraduate university application. The program will be delivered through timetabled synchronous lectures, seminars and tutorials as well as through the provision of engaging asynchronous activities.

The Program Operations, Attendance, and Wellbeing Co-ordinator will play a vital role in supporting the effective day-to-day-operational delivery of the Program as well as ensuring high levels of student attendance, engagement and wellbeing.

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Provide efficient administrative support to help ensure smooth day-to-day Program operations.
- Support with the implementation of the Program Attendance and Engagement Policy and any associated activities
- Support with student understanding and adherence to the Program Student Behaviour Charter Policy and any associated activities
- Provide wellbeing support for students 1:1, in small groups, or for whole cohorts. Ensure meticulous record-keeping
- Report on well-being in relevant Program meetings and reports and events
- Support the DSL with reporting, risk assessments, and other digital safeguarding meeting specific requirements for 18+ and under 18 learners
- Support with implementation of the Program Extenuating Circumstances Policy and any associated activities
- Support learners’ well-being through a home country referral model and provide practical and emotional well-being support to students experiencing personal problems, particularly if any of these challenges may impact their studies
ABOUT YOU
- Excellent IT skills particularly in Microsoft PowerPoint (Essential)
- Mental Health First Aid Training (Desirable but will be provided once in post)
- Assist Training (Desirable but will be provided once in post)
- Deputy Safeguarding Training (Desirable but will be provided once in Post)
- Experience working in an educational setting with students (Essential) including with U18s (Desirable)
- Experience in reporting and tracking information (Essential)
- Experience of being flexible and working to specific deadlines (Essential)
- Experience in delivering support enrichment or information sessions to large groups as well as smaller groups and 1:1 (Desirable)
- Experience of safeguarding and providing wellbeing support (Desirable)
- Experience in communicating with and liaising with multiple different stakeholders. (Essential)
- Experience of reporting different types of information for different stakeholders (Essential)
