About the role:
This post works as part of a team consisting of the Head of Staff Experience, Vice Dean (People and Culture), Associate Dean EDI and Departmental Support Officers to ensure consistent management and delivery of staff related issues. The postholder will provide support for the development of the school’s academic staffing models and for the effective operation of the Faculty dimension of associated processes, including staff recruitment and funding; onboarding and induction; employment contracts. The postholder will support the delivery of the School’s Workload Allocation Model ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, transparency and equitability. The postholder will support the Academic Staffing Committee and the delivery of whole School community activities. They will additionally ensure accuracy of data and information for the academic staffing dimensions of external processes such as accreditation and athena swan.
This is a full time post (35Hours per week), and you will be offered an indefinite contract
