Attendance and Data Coordinator (LUM336/1643)

About the Role

Please note that the college will close from 20 December for the festive break. Shortlisting and interviews will take place in January 2025.

We are looking for an outstanding Attendance and Data Coordinator to support our learners at our Leeds Sixth Form College.

What You Will Do
  • Working in a busy pastoral team you will support students to improve their attendance, supporting them by removing barriers to learning. 
  • You will have a cohort of students and will use data to inform you of which students are in need of support, making contact with parents and also subject teachers of the support measures put in place.
About You
  • Good general education at NVQ level 2 or equivalent including literacy & numeracy at Level 2.
  • Be passionate about supporting learners to achieve their best.
  • Be a problem solver and a good communicator. 
  • Well organised and work well as part of a team and individually.
