This role will support two programmes:
The role within EDRC requires significant experience of setting up and managing impact monitoring systems, engaging with and managing stakeholder relationships, supporting and running events (online, in-person and hybrid) and providing secretariat support for working groups. An interest in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) and knowledge of, or interest in, energy demand will be an advantage.
The role within CLEETS will include financial administration, providing secretariat support, organisation of meetings and events, and managing key stakeholder relationships.
The role will be managed by EDRC’s Impact and Engagement Manager and based at the University of Birmingham.
Main Duties
The Impact and Engagement Project Officer will be capable of managing smaller projects in their entirety or elements of larger projects through well-developed and timely project management support. You will be expected to work proactively, and use your initiative and planning skills to set your own priorities to ensure progress is maintained as expected, identify any issue and propose solutions.
