We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated candidate for this exciting opportunity to join the University’s Special Collections team. The Archivist (Reading Room Services and Acquisitions) will be responsible for the operation of the Reading Room Service and managing the staff that work in the service. This role also leads the acquisition process, liaising with depositors and assessing archives that are being offered to the Museum of English Rural Life and Special Collections. When archives are deposited, the post holder will organise, appraise, catalogue and make the archives accessible.
