The School of Clinical Medicine (SCM) at the University of Cambridge is seeking a strategic and dynamic Senior HR Business Partner to join our dedicated SCM HR team.
About the Role:
As Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping and delivering strategic and operational HR services across the School, supporting over 3,200 colleagues and 1,000 visitors. Reporting to the Head of HR and deputising alongside another Senior HR Business Partner as required, you will manage two teams to deliver a comprehensive portfolio of services, including:
Your leadership will ensure HR strategies are aligned with the University's People Strategy and the School's academic vision, while addressing the unique challenges of a diverse workforce, including clinical staff on NHS terms and conditions.
