Our CRM software streamlines operations, enhances communication, and supports growth for agencies working across the globe and has been designed specifically for the international student recruitment sector. We are seeking a driven and customer-focused individual to join our Sheffield-based team to contribute to our mission of transforming the international education sector.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Demonstrations:

  • Sell our CRM software to international student recruitment agencies worldwide.
  • Conduct online and face-to-face demonstrations, showcasing the CRM’s features and benefits.
  • Manage the sales process from creating quotes, invoices and chasing payments.
  • Lead Nurturing and Sales:
  • Engage with potential leads generated through our marketing campaigns.
  • Convert leads into sales by understanding client needs and highlighting the benefits SAMS CRM can offer to agencies looking to scale up their business.

Client Retention and Support:

  • Act as the key point of contact for existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
  • Conduct on-boarding training to clients and their teams.
  • Manage and secure annual subscription renewals from current clients.
  • Marketing and Content Creation:
  • Design marketing materials for social media campaigns using tools like Canva.
  • Develop user guides, videos, and tutorials to help clients troubleshoot and maximise CRM usage.
  • Events and Networking:
  • Represent the company at industry events, both in the UK and overseas, to promote our CRM and connect with potential clients.

Requirements

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in software sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with international student recruitment processes, particularly in the UK and other key study destinations.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Ability to use CRM systems effectively and demonstrate software functionality to clients.
  • Competence in creating visually appealing marketing content using Canva or similar tools.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and Willingness to Travel:
  • Comfortable attending events and client meetings within the UK and abroad.
