About the Role
The post holder’s primary role will be to supervise, manage and assist with the Clinical Investigational Medicinal Product (CTIMP) studies within the Pragmatic Clinical Trials Unit (PCTU) portfolio. This post represents an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual to develop their trial management skills in managing a portfolio of CTIMP studies within a variety of therapeutic areas. The post-holder will work in the Centre for Evaluation and Methods (CEM), incorporating collaborative units working to deliver outstanding research based on their combined and complementary strengths. Previous research experience in multi-site Clinical Trials of an Investigational Medicinal Product (CTIMPs) involving NHS patients or research participants is essential. The post is based at the Whitechapel Campus in London and is a fixed-term appointment as maternity cover for up to 12 months.
About You
Candidates are required to hold an undergraduate Degree and have substantial experience in managing Clinical research trials, SOPs and research governance as well as NHS and HEI knowledge.
