Chester Medical School (CMS) is an exciting development at the University of Chester, which delivers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses in clinical and biomedical sciences. Our new MBChB Graduate Entry Programme launched in September 2024. We are actively recruiting suitably qualified and experienced staff to join our team.
We are seeking a suitably experienced academic, doctor or health professional to lead the Values, Law and Ethics Theme which runs throughout the four-year MBChB programme. You will be involved in teaching, curriculum development, assessment, quality monitoring and coordinating educational activities with the rest of the MBChB team and external faculty.
You will hold a medical or health professional qualification, have in-depth understanding of medical ethics, law and the professional requirements of the General Medical Council of medical students and doctors, and have taught medical students or postgraduate doctors in these areas.
