Bangor University School of Health Sciences is offering an exciting opportunity for an aspiring or experienced passionate nursing lecturer to join our team committed to the delivery of high quality, evidence informed academic nursing programmes.
The post will have a focus on the delivery of healthcare education with a focus on advanced practice, non-medical prescribing, prehospital care and retrieval to post-registration health care practitioners at postgraduate level. We offer a diverse range of full and part time postgraduate nursing programmes, which includes a number of distance learning programmes.

Available at Grade 8, this post provides an opportunity for experienced candidates to be part of an enthusiastic team to take our programmes forward in line with a range of regulatory approvals and to support student learning. This post is available on our teaching and scholarship career track and the successful candidate will have opportunities to contribute to teaching and learning across the School’s portfolio.
Candidates will have current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council or the Health and Care Professions Council and be qualified to Master level in a relevant subject area.

This role will be located on campus at Bangor. Through our Dynamic Working framework, there will also be the option to spend some time working remotely (although remaining in the UK) to support work life balance, which will be discussed further with candidates at interview.
