The Opportunity
As a HR Business Partner, you’ll play a crucial role through an enabling and collaborative approach supporting high quality people management, which is customer focused, results orientated and consistent with the College’s strategy and priorities. You’ll also lead on the delivery of a range of HR projects to support the achievement of the organisation's ambitious strategic aims.
The Business Partner team is currently operating a hybrid model of working on site at college sites and at home, with a requirement to attend key client sites based in Derby at least once a week.

About you
To excel in this role, you’ll have great communication and interpersonal skills and be able to quickly build trusted relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You’ll have proven experience as a HR Business Partner or a skilled HR Adviser ready to take next step in your HR career. You’ll also need strong knowledge and understanding of employment law and regulations and experience of working in education would be desirable but not essential.
It is also essential that you are IT literate and have a great working knowledge of the MS Office suite.
