Human Resource Officer

Metanoia Institute is seeking a Human Resource Officer full time to provide hands-on support within our People & Culture department.

In this role, you will manage the full HR life cycle and play a key role in implementing our People and Culture strategy, creating a positive and engaged workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes
• Advise managers on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management
• Maintain accurate staff records and manage payroll data
• Lead employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
• Ensure legal compliance and produce HR data reports

Essential Skills and Experience:

• CIPD qualified with a degree in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline
• Strong HR experience with a solid understanding of employment law
• Experience with HR software (HR Toolkit preferred)
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
