The Precision Breast Cancer Institute (PBCI) is seeking to recruit an Assistant Research Practitioner to join our busy patient facing team. The PBCI is a purpose-built research facility attached to the Cambridge Breast Unit (CBU). It is staffed by a multi-disciplinary team, including oncologists, pathologists, radiologists, nurses, data managers, coordinators and bioinformaticians involved in translational research.
This role is available on a full time basis, and will be office based.
The Assistant Research Practitioner will provide clinical and administrative support for studies run at the PBCI. You will support the patient facing team with recruiting patients to research studies, undertaking routine tasks and administration duties, and the transfer of samples.

Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available for 12 months in the first instance.
