Summary of the role
The above full-time post is available immediately. This permanent post is subject to funding secured through various funding sources as part of the central Research Services Project Management Team. The role will initially be based with the Exeter Research Networks Team within Strategy, Policy and Performance until July 2026.

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised administrator to manage administrative and routine financial queries for the Networks Facilitation Team and to support event planning and communications for the fifteen Exeter Research Networks (ERNs).
The ERNs are academic-led, cross-faculty thematic networks. The Networks Facilitation Team provide strategic oversight and support to the networks which are all at different stages of development. Research networks are a key activity within the research strand of the University’s 2030 Strategy.
Main purpose of the job:
The main purpose of the job is to provide high quality administrative support to assist the smooth running the Exeter Research Networks and their events, and to work collaboratively with other members of the Networks Facilitation Team on projects and priority tasks as required.
