Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor in Cancer Care / Nursing / Community and Primary Health Care / Mental Health (Ref. 241119008)
Duties: (a) provide quality teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels and supervise student projects and theses; (b) conduct research that leads to publications in refereed journals and award of research grants; (c) engage in applied research, creative development and consultancy projects in relation to health care related activities; (d) contribute to the development of the School’s relevant research theme and participate in its activities; (e) contribute to departmental activities and management; and (f) render professional service to the community and support activities in the industry/community.
Qualifications: (a) a PhD degree in Nursing or a relevant discipline with substantial years of relevant experience; (b) professional qualifications registrable with The Nursing Council of Hong Kong; (c) a substantial record and reputation as an accomplished teacher with significant contribution to curriculum development / review or teaching and learning processes; (d) an established track record in research and scholarship; and (e) demonstrated academic management and leadership capabilities.
Applicants with less experience will be considered for appointment at the level of Associate Professor / Assistant Professor.

Conditions of Service
A highly competitive remuneration package will be offered. Initial appointments for Assistant Professor will be on a fixed-term gratuity-bearing contract. Re-engagement thereafter is subject to mutual agreement. An appropriate term will be provided for appointment at Associate Professor and Professor levels.
