Fixed Term for 2 Years
Applications are sought for a committed Post-doctoral Research Fellow to work with Professor Venkataraman Thangadurai conducting research for a St Andrews funded project. The primary duties will be to development of electrolytes and electrode materials for energy storage devices such as Li ion and Li metal batteries.
The successful applicant will have (or be near to completion of) a PhD in Chemistry or electrochemistry or materials science with expertise in battery technologies.
The post is available for 24 months starting March 2025 or as soon as possible thereafter.
