An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Teacher of Physics to join our Science team at the Joseph Wright Centre. The Science department are seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic teacher with an infectious passion for their subject to join their high-performing, friendly and dedicated team. This is a full-time role but is also open to candidates seeking part time roles.
The Opportunity
The role is primarily to deliver across our GCSE Combined Science and T-Level Science courses. However, there may be future opportunities to teach on other Science qualifications also offered at the JWC such as A Level and Applied Science.
In 2021 as part of the launch of our Science T level a state-of-the-art laboratory and digital workshop was constructed at the Joseph Wright Centre allowing students to make use of the latest industry equipment and encourage employers to have a greater role in the classroom.

About you
You will deliver inspiring and effective teaching, learning and assessment to enable students to make excellent progress. A relevant degree is essential, and applicants must already have a recognised teaching level 5/6 teaching qualification (PGCE/CertEd).
