The Position: We’re looking for a Guidance Adviser
Are you a career guidance adviser looking for a new opportunity? This role is perfect for those passionate about guiding and empowering individuals. You will be involved in providing impartial information, advice and guidance, helping clients with job search strategies, CV writing, interview preparation, and personal development. You will play a large part in the UCAS application process and ensure all our students have positive destinations whether this be degree level study, apprenticeship or paid employment. You’ll work in a dynamic team that is dedicated to supporting people in achieving their career goals. We’re a friendly, supportive, and enthusiastic group who are excited to welcome someone who shares our passion for helping others succeed.

Responsibilities for the role:
The Location: The site is based at the College’s campus in Nuneaton, and you will be required to work flexibly across all college sites (primarily the Nuneaton, Hinckley, and Harrowbrook campuses) This is a great place to live with plenty of social and sport facilities together with great transport links.
