Turning Passion into Purpose. London South Bank University are excited to be recruiting for the post of Strategic Change Programme and Project Manager. We are currently reshaping our academic organisational structure and from January 2025, the current eight Schools are to be combined into three Colleges, allowing us to better align academic activity to the University strategy, vision and mission.
This position will be responsible for the set up and delivery of project and programme management processes for the transformation programmes, working with colleagues across the University to facilitate. These projects will typically be large and complex, involving significant people, process and technology changes. Strong stakeholder management and the ability to demonstrate the value of utilising methodologies, without allowing programme and project management to become the project, will be key to keeping stakeholders engaged and supported.
