This part-time (32 Hours/Week) post is available from January 2025 on a permanent basis.
This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home.
Summary of the role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Finance Helpdesk Administrator within PS Connect to join our small, close-knit friendly team. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering finance service queries for both staff and students within the university.
The Finance Helpdesk provides front-line support, advice, training and technical assistance to service users across the University on a variety of finance services and processes. It has a wide remit which helps colleagues and students to procure goods and services, raise invoices, claim expenses, access budgets and much more.
Due to the requirement of this role, we preferably want someone who can work 8.30am to 5.00pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday and can work 8.30am to 10.30am on Wednesdays.
