We are looking for someone to join the School Executive Team in the School of Applied Sciences. This is a key role in providing a professional service in the administrative processes and procedures that support the School.
Educated to degree level or with equivalent experience, to be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:
- Substantial relevant experience of working in similar role in a busy and varied office environment, preferably in Higher Education
- Exceptional organisational skills, able to proactively manage several projects at once, and deliver confidently to deadlines.
- Ability to produce high quality work with excellent attention to detail skills
- Experience of working with others to effectively implement and deliver projects.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a wide range of people and be a proactive and supportive member of a team.
