Research Description
This PhD studentship offers a unique and exciting opportunity to delve into the fascinating world of food science and consumer behaviour. In collaboration with the prestigious International Flavour Research Centre at the University of Nottingham and McCormick, a global leader in the flavour industry, this project aims to revolutionise how we understand and cater to consumer preferences for heat in food products.

Terms and Conditions
This research studentship is only available to those eligible for UK home fees (see https://www.nottingham.ac.uk/fees/tuitionfees/202425/fee-regulations.aspx) and includes payment of tuition fees and a tax-free stipend of £1800-1900 per month.

Applicant Qualification Requirements
A minimum qualification of a 2:1 BSc hons in Food Science, Chemistry, Biosciences or equivalent degree with strong communication skills. Relevant industrial experience is desirable.
