This post reports to the Marketing Director and sits within a marketing team of 5 at Warwick Arts Centre but also works closely with the University’s Campus and Commercial Services (CCSG) digital marketing team. This team support with SEO, social media and content strategy and insight, together supporting the University businesses (Warwick Conferences, Warwick Food & Drink Group, Warwick Employment Group, Innovation Centre, Sports Centre and Arts Centre).

Warwick Arts Centre’s website is a key driver of sales and profile for Warwick Arts Centre. 76% of our sales income is via the website.
Warwick Arts Centre uses several IT systems to drive its business – from Artifax (room & venue booking software) to Spektrix (ticketing / CRM software) to website (designed and supported by Grandad using a bespoke cms called YouCreate).
