The Faculty of Social Sciences is seeking a Senior Administrator to join the Faculty Operating Service. Based in the Centre for Higher Education Practice (CHEP), you will make an important contribution supporting our academic community. Successful applicants will be motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive team players who are culturally sensitive and are able to work effectively in a flexible and responsive environment.
As a member of our busy administrative team, you will deliver a professional and efficient service including operational assistance and administrative support to the academic community, event organisation, financial administration, organising and minuting meetings, and ordering resources. An essential part of this role will be to provide Executive Assistant duties in supporting the Director of CHEP). To be successful in this role you will:
