We are looking for an experienced manager to develop and shape the Student Complaints and Disciplinary procedures within the Academic Registry. This is a new and exciting post that will report to the Deputy Academic Registrar (Quality & Standards). The post holder will make significant contribution to the development of the strategy, policy and practice for student casework ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations and any PSRB requirements. The post holder will ensure delivery of a consistent and high-quality service to our students and our staff through these procedures. They will also provide leadership and management to the Student Casework Officer.
The successful candidate will have substantial knowledge and experience of dealing with Higher Education student complaints and disciplinary procedures, regulatory frameworks and information management systems. The post holder will be able to develop and continuously improve effective approaches to the management and administration of the University’s student casework procedures.
