The Bayes MBA Course Office, managed by the Course Operations Manager, includes a Course Office Coordinator, several Course Officers for MBA programs, and a Course Office Administrator, all dedicated to supporting MBA students and faculty.

Position and Responsibilities

This administrative role, reporting to the Course Office Coordinator, involves supporting allocated MBA programs by managing academic, assessment, and student services. Responsibilities include coordinating services for faculty, program directors, module leaders, and external stakeholders. One weekend per month is required, with compensatory time off, and there are opportunities for international travel.

Person Specification

Applicants should have a customer-focused approach and administrative experience in a higher education setting. Essential skills include strong communication, organization, teamwork, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and databases, with familiarity in SITS/e and Moodle as an asset. Relationship-building with students and faculty is key to supporting them through the program’s process.
