UCC wishes to appoint an experienced academic to the role of Lecturer in Education. Reporting to the Head of School, the role will primarily involve contributing to the delivery of modules across the UCC Professional Master of Education (PME) programme, though, the appointees will also be expected to contribute more widely to and across other School of Education programmes.
Evidence of research experience, appropriate to the grade of the posts, in the discipline of education generally and contribution to the broader field of education would also be requisite for appointment to the posts. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative School of Education immersed in the education of teachers at undergraduate and postgraduate levels and supported by a vibrant research culture.

Appointment may be made on the Lecturer B/B Salary Scale B: €40,685 - €70,328 or Lecturer B/B Salary Scale A: €42,732- €66,921
Salary placement on appointment will be in accordance with public sector pay policy.
