The University is looking to appoint an experienced Payroll and Pensions Manager to lead its dynamic Payroll Team within the Finance Directorate. The ideal candidate will have expertise in interpreting payroll regulations and a strong ability to stay updated with changes in taxation, pensions, and national insurance legislation.
We are seeking an outstanding candidate with relevant payroll management experience, and while experience in the UK higher education sector is desirable, it is not essential. Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills are required to effectively manage the team and ensure the smooth operation of payroll functions.
