This is an exciting opportunity to teach in the newly established MSc Hospitality Innovation Management programme offered in conjunction with Le Cordon Bleu, London.
You will develop content and deliver excellent teaching in the sustainability area at postgraduate level with a focus in the hospitality industry and contribute to the teaching quality within the Business School.
You will develop and apply innovative and relevant teaching content and material that create a stimulating intellectual environment amongst our students. You will be providing constructive feedback and ensuring it is in accordance with quality assurance procedures.

Salary and benefits:
Payment is based on an hourly rate depending on contract hours worked. The specific rate depends on length of continuous service with the College and includes of pro-rata London Allowance and holiday pay. This hourly rate of £68.13 per hour is based on the starting point of Grade 7 and is inclusive of a ‘Duties Related to Teaching Multiplier’ which covers preparation, teaching, administration, assessment marking and other examining duties in connection with the course.
Contract:
Part-time, 8 month fixed-term contract January-August 2025 teaching Wednesday evenings 7:30-9pm.
