This is an exciting opportunity to teach in the MSc Culinary Innovation Management programme offered in conjunction with Le Cordon Bleu, London.
You will teach in the sustainability area with a focus in the food and beverage industry and contribute to the teaching quality within the Business School. You will develop and apply innovative teaching content and material that create a stimulating intellectual environment for our students.
You will take responsibility for the delivery of the module and assessment methods including the setting, marking and moderation of student work.

Salary and benefits
Payment is based on an hourly rate depending on contract hours worked. The specific rate depends on length of continuous service with the College and includes of pro-rata London Allowance and holiday pay. This hourly rate of £68.13 per hour is based on the starting point of Grade 7 and is inclusive of a ‘Duties Related to Teaching Multiplier’ which covers preparation, teaching, administration, assessment marking and other examining duties in connection with the course.
Contract
Part-time, 8 month fixed-term contract January-August 2025 teaching Wednesday evenings 6-7:30pm.
