An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Registry team at the Royal Veterinary College (RVC). The RVC is the UK's largest and longest-established independent vet school and is a Member Institution of the University of London. The RVC offers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in veterinary medicine, veterinary nursing and biological sciences and CPD programmes in veterinary medicine and veterinary nursing..

We are seeking a part-time Committee and Accreditation Administrator to work with the Assistant Registrar for Accreditation and Validation Management to improve service delivery in our fast-paced office environment. This post within Academic Registry will work with the existing Committees Governance Administrator and is responsible for secretarial and administrative support for Registry Academic committees, such as Academic Board, and subgroups of academic committees. Working with the Assistant Registrar for Accreditation and Validation Management and the Accreditation and Validation Management Officer, this post will also provide administrative and operational support for accreditation, re-accreditation and validation visitations.

The successful post holder will have the ability to communicate confidently with a wide range of customers and have a high level of customer focus. You will be able to work methodically, follow set processes and procedures and have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. A pro-active, flexible approach to your work is vital to deal with the competing demands and challenges of your daily work.

Educated to A-Level standard or with equivalent experience, the successful post holder will have the ability to make decisions and work as part of a team, and plan, manage and prioritise workload when under pressure to meet deadlines.

This role will be based at either the Camden or Hawkshead Campus and is offered on a part-time basis, 20 hours per week.
