Summary of the role/position
We are seeking a CRM System Administrator to join an expanding team working with various areas of the university. You will be responsible for providing day to day support across the CRM ecosystem, supporting colleagues to enhance all areas of CRM, by producing and analysing data and implementing system improvements.
We are looking for someone who can work collaboratively with users and stakeholders to formulate implementation plans and has led and managed the training of users in new IT systems. Also, someone who can analyse datasets and create reports for stakeholders.
This role will involve working with all areas of the University and third parties to identify requirements and opportunities and lead in the configuration, testing, documentation and maintenance of CRM products and other BTS products whilst following change control processes.
