We're looking for a passionate and experienced Employee Engagement Lead to join our team and help shape the future of our university culture. Reporting to the Director of Organisational Development, you will be responsible for delivering key people interventions that enhance the employee experience across the employee life cycle including on boarding, induction, development and separation. You will play a crucial role in fostering a positive, inclusive and engaging workplace environment ensuring the organisation is recognised as an employer of choice.
You will have extensive experience in an employee experience role, executing initiatives that improve employee satisfaction, retention, and engagement and productivity. You will be an effective communicator, able to negotiate with and influence key stakeholders as well as take the lead on a number of employee experience projects.
