The Faculty Education Services Manager is responsible for leading the programme administration and faculty education services within the Faculty of Health & Medicine. You will be part of a collaborative professional services team that puts student and staff experience at the heart of our operations.
You will directly manage a team of professional colleagues and provide leadership and support for teams across our three academic divisions to deliver high quality programme administration. To do this, you will work with members of our academic leadership team and professional services colleagues across the University.
This role is ideally suited to an experienced educational administration manager with knowledge of sector issues and trends and who can demonstrate real impact and contribution. Creativity will be key, as will the ability to develop positive, productive and supportive working relationships. The ability to make a significant contribution to strategic change management projects and lead teams through change is essential.
The faculty provides an environment that strongly supports the individual needs of each employee, promoting a healthy work-life balance. We are committed to family-friendly and flexible working policies on an individual basis, as well as the Athena SWAN Charter, which recognises and celebrates good employment practice undertaken to address gender equality in higher education.
People are at the heart of our faculty; we are proud to work in a rich and diverse community and welcome applications from candidates from a variety of backgrounds. We offer an occupational pension scheme, a generous annual leave allowance, excellent training and development opportunities, a flexible benefits package, an employee assistance programme and flexible working options.
The role is offered as full time and is initial offered as a two-year contract.
If you share our commitment to excellent customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced and friendly environment, we would love to hear from you.
