0.5 Business Admin Partner - A Level & Creative Arts (Bootcamps)

Fixed term for 6 months

18.5 hours per week

We are seeking an administrator to join our Faculty Office administrative team to provide administrative support for the A Level and Creative Arts (Bootcamps) at Solihull College & University Centre and Stratford-upon-Avon College. The post holder will be expected to work as part of a Faculty Office team and, where allocated, provide bespoke administrative support to Heads of School.

 Acting as a point of contact for our Heads of School and customers, you will undertake general administration tasks and be responsible for the administration of key aspects of the Faculty Office function.   

You will have experience of using Microsoft Office packages, in particular Word, Excel, and Outlook, teamed with excellent customer service and effective communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience of using Microsoft Teams will also be an advantage.

Please note if you are selected for the next stage in the process, you will be required to attend the College’s premises, unless exceptional circumstances apply.

Salary: £22,844 per annum, pro rata (up to), actual salary up to £11,422 per annum
