Applications are invited for a specified purpose post of a Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Atomic & Molecular Physics within UCD School of Physics.
The appointee is expected to undertake a research programme of international repute in atomic and molecular physics, combining both theoretical and experimental work complementing and broadening existing research in the School. The successful candidate will actively seek funding at national and international levels, show leadership in building their research group, publish in high-quality peer-reviewed journals, supervise research students in our MSc and PhD programmes, and establish collaborations with research groups in the School of Physics or elsewhere in UCD and beyond.
Lecturer/Assistant Professor (above the bar) Salary Scale: €62,855 - €99,533 per annum.
Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines.
