The Programme Officer will be based within the Postgraduate Studies team in our Education and Training Division. Anna Freud works in partnership with UCL as the awarding body for its postgraduate programmes.
The Programme Officer will work as part of a wider team of Programme Officers dedicated to the delivery of UCL programmes in the Postgraduate Studies team. The role entails providing programme administration support to the relevant teaching programmes, including support for the delivery of key elements of the student lifecycle to provide a high-quality service to prospective and current students, as well as programme staff. The post-holder will be responsible for a range of tasks including programme organisation, handling general enquiries, admissions and recruitment, managing student records, timetabling, supporting assessment and examinations, committee servicing and undertaking other relevant duties as and when required.
The successful candidate will benefit from a unique opportunity to work with a charity specialising in child mental health, whilst supporting the delivery of postgraduate programmes in partnership with a world-renowned, Russell Group university. The post-holder will be trained on using HEI systems and processes and join our continuingly growing Education and Training Division.

Location
Hybrid working (a mixture of onsite and home/remote working). Staff are working onsite for at least 20% of their working hours, at our London site (4-8 Rodney Street, London N1 9JH). The postholder will also be expected to support any in-person teaching days as required

Fixed-term 6 months.
