At BNU, we currently offer more than fourteen apprenticeship programmes, with more planned to launch over the next two years. The Apprenticeship Partnership Manager role is part of the Apprenticeship Hub at BNU and reports to the Senior Apprenticeship Relationship Manager. The successful candidate will build positive relationships with both learners and employers, ensuring learner progression is effectively tracked and documented while providing ongoing information, advice, and support.
Strong interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as it involves regular interaction with academic teams, registry, admissions, and other departments. The role encompasses all aspects of the learner’s professional and personal development, from Induction to the delivery of tri-partite reviews on a quarterly basis and preparing learners for Gateway and EPA. Effective stakeholder management skills, active listening, and the ability to coach learners to successful outcomes are crucial.
The role also involves developing relationships with employers and subcontractors to address apprenticeship learning needs and ensure compliance. A solid understanding of the Education and Inspection Framework (EIF) and ESFA funding rules is required.
