UONL, a partner of the University of Northampton, is an ambitious, teaching-focussed provider of undergraduate primarily aimed at a widening participation audience. Based in London’s East India Docks, UONL currently delivers courses related to Business, Health and Social Care, Psychology and Mental Health and Wellbeing.
Continued growth in demand for our student-centred courses has led to the opportunity to expand our exceptional delivery team through the addition of a full-time lecturer, in areas related to Mental Health and Wellbeing.
We are looking for an experienced lecturer with a solid grounding and experience in mental health and/or wellbeing. The successful applicant will be employed to lecture on a range of relevant modules, with possible module leading opportunities available.
If you are enthusiastic and motivated about your subject and supporting students to develop their academic skills, share our belief in the transformational nature of education, and wish to be rewarded for your teaching excellence, then we would like to talk to you about opportunities at the University.
You will be qualified to a minimum of master's degree level in a relevant discipline. A strong grounding in industry will be an advantage, together with fellowship (or commitment to gain fellowship) of the HEA. You must have an existing right to live and work in the United Kingdom without restriction or caveat. All academic staff are required to teach face-to-face on campus.
