Are you interested in contributing to the success of a flagship research training collaboration?
We are looking for someone with excellent organisation, communication and customer service skills, who can lead on the coordination of a programme of training activities for doctoral research students. If you join us you will work collaboratively with academic and professional services staff across multiple institutions to ensure the successful delivery of online and in-person training activities throughout the year. You will have the opportunity to learn new skills using a range of systems/platforms, and to contribute to the improvement of practices/procedures within the role.
The White Rose Doctoral Training Partnership is an established partnership of 7 universities who work together to award funding and deliver training for PhD students in social sciences disciplines. We support PhD students to develop the interdisciplinary knowledge and methodological expertise to address complex world problems and, in doing so, seek to prepare them for a range of future careers. Our training provision is organised around 7 interdisciplinary thematic pathways, as well as expertise in advanced research methods. Our core team is based at the University of Sheffield, where you will work closely with other members of our Professional Services team, our academic Director and Deputy Directors.
