The role
As Admissions Manager (Partnerships), you will oversee the operational management of admissions for our key strategic recruitment partnerships, including franchise providers delivering Ravensbourne degrees at their campuses. This role involves working closely with multiple external partners, requiring you to manage the processing of applications from various streams efficiently while ensuring a seamless and positive applicant experience. You will also collaborate with the Head of Admissions to refine processes, policies, and procedures, while leading the day-to-day operations of the Admissions team.
The Admissions team, in close collaboration with the Marketing and Student Recruitment teams, provides a vital service to support the University in meeting its recruitment targets across all Further Education, Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses. With increasing competition to convert students, it is crucial that the team deliver an efficient, fair, proactive and customer focused service both to applicants and internal stakeholders.
The candidate
This role is a key position within the University and will be expected maintain successful operational relationships with internal and external stakeholders across multiple departments in order to support the delivery of the team’s objectives, as well as provide excellent line management support to Admissions Officers.
