About You
You are a versatile Salesforce professional with a blend of admin and development expertise, particularly within the Salesforce Education Cloud (or a similar Salesforce Industry Cloud). Holding a Salesforce Administrator Certification and a Developer Certification (e.g., Platform Developer I), and you possess hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and developing Salesforce solutions.
Your skills should include user management, data integrity maintenance, APEX programming, and VisualForce development. You are skilled at problem-solving, managing multiple priorities, and effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your background may include experience in higher education or similar sectors, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges they present. Familiarity with modern development tools, methodologies, and UI/UX design is a plus.
You are detail-oriented, and thrive in collaborative environments, bringing innovation and efficiency to the teams you support.
About the Role
As a Salesforce Administrator/Developer, you will manage and develop our Salesforce Education Cloud environment, supporting critical functions such as admissions, student services, and enquiry management.
Your responsibilities will include user account maintenance, data integrity, and developing customized solutions to meet strategic objectives. You will collaborate with various departments to gather requirements, design and implement custom applications, and ensure seamless integration with other systems.
The role involves ongoing system maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement to optimize performance and user experience. You will stay updated with Salesforce advancements, implement best practices, and ensure compliance with data protection laws and university policies.
