We are looking for an experienced PA/Research Administrator, to come and work with us supporting the Senior Leads of the Infection, Respiratory and Acute Care Group. This is a role for a well-organised, detail and relationship-oriented person with a passion for managing complexity in a friendly, fast-paced environment.
This role will support the management and delivery of large Research Programmes held by the Senior Leads of the Infection, Respiratory and Acute Care Group. The post will also require close liaison with other members of the administrative team and other departments, ensuring efficiency and fostering effective communication across all levels.
The post holder should have previous PA experience ideally managing multiple diaries with strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Outlook. You will be self-motivated and able to work without regular supervision or detailed instructions and have excellent organisational and planning skills whilst maintaining a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
You will be based in the Gibson Building, Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences, Radcliffe Primary Care Building, Woodstock Road, Oxford, OX2 6GG as your normal place of work. You will be able to agree a pattern of regular remote working with your line manager.
The position is full-time and funded for two years in the first instance.
