The Faculty of Law, Business, and Government at the Francisco de Vitoria University is dedicated to promoting the global common good through training, research, and societal impact. Position Overview
We are seeking a Full-Time Professor of Business Theory and Management with a strong research background in corporate governance, business theory, and/or people management. The candidate will join an interdisciplinary team working on the Validation of the Consagrated Enterprise Model (HWAW) and the Person-Centered Business Model (MCEP), contributing to both theoretical development and empirical validation of these models.

Compensation Package
