Senior International Officer

Full Time - 37 hours per week

Work Location - On site

Arts University Plymouth are currently seeking to appoint a Senior International Officer to support our diverse community of international students and applicants. This role will focus on implementing marketing and recruitment strategies in target countries and building and maintaining relationships with a network of recruitment agents and partners, utilising market intelligence to support recruitment strategies.

The Senior International Officer will be a key resource of international student recruitment expertise within the institution and will be involved operationally in supporting the international student journey from enquiry through to enrolment, supporting admissions, compliance and enrolment processes.

About You

You will have:

• Good knowledge of the HE international recruitment landscape and an interest in supporting and recruiting international students
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders
• Exceptional organisational and project management skills
• An up-to-date passport due to there being some international travel involved with this role

About The Role

• Manage and lead the operational delivery of recruitment and admissions activity in a portfolio of countries in order to achieve our institutional recruitment targets
• Identify, develop and build relationships with both new and existing international recruitment agents and partners
• Provide excellent customer service and support to all international students and applicants across our Pre Degree, Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes
