University College Oxford is seeking to appoint to the post of Domestic Bursar with responsibility for leading and delivering the major domestic services provided in College. An inclusive leadership style, and commitment to contributing to the College’s operational objectives are essential. Strong candidates will likely be experiences general managers with a proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary functions and leadership of large teams.
