We are seeking an enthusiastic coordinator to join the Education Centre Quality team within the School of Medicine, based at the Medical School, QMC.
The Quality Coordinator will be a key member of the administration team and will support and contribute to the quality assurance and governance of undergraduate courses in the School as well as providing an excellent level of support to the senior management team. The role will provide an efficient, effective, informed and knowledgeable service. You will be expected to liaise with central support services, academic staff, students and the wider School. The role will require flexibility, proactivity and initiative, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, have excellent communication and organisational skills. You will be required to be thorough and meticulous in your approach to tasks in order to deliver a high-quality professional service to students and staff.
Excellent IT skills, including all aspects of Microsoft applications are a requirement. You must have A Levels or equivalent, English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent OR substantial relevant work experience.
The post is offered on a permanent, full-time (36.25 hours per week) contract. Job share arrangements may be considered.
This post is based at the Education Centre, in the Queen’s Medical Centre at Nottingham, however you will be asked to travel to other hospital sites in the East Midlands as part of the role.
