In a fast-paced, every changing sector, it is anticipated you will have a proactive and innovative approach to recruitment delivery at the University.
You will be required to deliver recruitment activities on and off campus, such as attendance at HE fairs and national exhibitions and work closely with schools and colleges. This will involve travel away from the University both within the West Midlands region and, occasionally, throughout the UK. It will also require you to be away from home on university business on several occasions each year, and to work during the evening and weekends.
We are seeking to employ an individual with experience of delivering promotional activity (including appropriate targeting, monitoring of KPIs and reporting on RoI), preferably within a classroom/training environment and using a CRM system with strong data inputting and accuracy. You will have the ability to write reports including analysis of data.

You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build effective relationships, strong report writing, data analysis, coordination and admin skills. You will also have experience of managing staff and supporting them through performance reviews and work allocation discussions.
