Richmond American University London is now seeking to appoint a Head of Student Support and Access to manage the day-to-day of the undergraduate and postgraduate support services office and to ensure the delivery of a diverse, supportive and fulfilling student experience for all students at Richmond to increase student progress, retention and success.

The Head of Student Support and Access will also lead all new student orientations (and other all University events) and lead a team of front-facing staff to support student health, wellbeing, access, student accommodation and student leadership. They will serve as Deputy Chair of the Student Experience Committee and lead the Student Code of Conduct Committee.

The preferred candidate will have extensive experience of working in international higher education and in the area of student support and wellbeing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track-record of student support with measurable outcomes and experience planning, executing and evaluating large-scale events, and will be comfortable with public speaking and have presentation skills.
