The role of Education Support worker is a critical role in the College as it enables students with additional needs to meet their true goals and aspirations within a supported, safer learning environment. This role is to work in New Horizons Provision with learners with profound multiple learning disabilities. This is a fantastic team with high expectations by supporting and developing learner independence to progress in line with the adulthood agenda. The ideal candidate will deliver teaching and learning support and strategies for learners with Profound, Multiple, Learning Disabilities (PMLD) including for learners with non-verbal communication.
